All Nations in Action International (ANACI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping low-income families, individuals affected by substance use, and immigrants and refugees build pathways toward lasting stability. Through compassionate support, trusted community connections, and culturally responsive services, we walk alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges with dignity and hope.
Every individual and family deserves the opportunity to build a stable and fulfilling future. Yet many people face multiple challenges at once, from financial hardship and housing insecurity to recovery support and adapting to life in a new community.
All Nations in Action International was founded to help bridge these gaps. Rather than expecting people to navigate complex systems alone, ANACI provides guidance, connects individuals with trusted community resources, and offers ongoing support throughout their journey.

ANACI was founded by Paul Oska with a vision of helping individuals and families overcome barriers through compassionate support, meaningful relationships, and community collaboration. His lived experience and commitment to serving others continue to shape the organization’s mission and direction.
